FootandAnkleFixation.com now has the Trilliant Headless Cannulated Tiger Screws online. These screw are availble in a 2.0, 2.4, and 3.0mm diameters. If you thought the previous Trilliant Surgical screws had the bite of a tiger, you've got to check these out! The countersink for the screws is significantly more aggressive than standard countersinks as you have to make way for the overall diameter of the proximal screw. With this in mind, make sure you have adequete bone for the screw to sit in (example - proximal arm on a dorsal long arm hallux abducto valgus procedure) otherwise the screw will be too aggressive for the bone.
